HOODMODE REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
• Order number
• Photos of the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement.
ORDER ISSUES
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
